BOOKING TERMS OF AGREEMENT

All events are to be held on Friday or Saturday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
Exceptions must be pre-approved by management.

A free will offering will be collected during your band’s concert.  The offering will be
split between your band and Daniel’s Den NFP Corp., each receiving half.

A band opening for another with a start time of 7:00pm or 7:30pm will not receive
part of the offering split.

On those occasions when Daniel’s Den books two concerts on a Saturday, with the
first band starting at 6:00pm and the second at 7:30pm or 8:00pm, a separate free
will offering will be collected during each concert.  Each offering will be split between
the band and Daniel’s Den NFP Corp., each receiving half.

Daniel’s Den does not provide any compensation.

All bands must only perform music that they have composed.  No “cover songs”
or copyrighted music by other bands are allowed.  Requests for performance of
songs other than those composed by your band are prohibited.  If there is any
doubt as to a song being copyrighted simply visit www.bmi.com to find out.
There are no exceptions.

Daniel’s Den house sound system will be used for all shows.  A sound man will be
provided for your show, unless pre-arranged with management to use your own sound
person.
This arrangement is to be discussed at the time of the booking.  Daniel’s Den is
not liable for unavailability of house system due to equipment breakage or
component failure.  Daniel’s Den will make every effort to notify the band in such
an event.  

Proceeds from merchandise sold by a performing band during an event are 100%
the property of the band.  Daniel’s Den makes no claims or guarantees for the bands
merchandise.

Daniel’s Den is not liable for repair or replacement costs of anyone’s equipment or
instruments used during concert or event.

Total sounds levels of any concert or event is limited to 100 decibels.  Sound
levels must be approved by management before the start of a concert or event.
